We offer our customers technical assistance for purchased products. Both sales and technical support are provided exclusively through our authorized retailers.

We work in close partnership with these retailers to ensure quality service and full customer satisfaction.

We have an internal department specialized in technical support, dedicated to handling these requests with agility and efficiency. Assistance can be requested at any time through our partner retailers. However, outside the warranty period, service-related costs will be the customer’s responsibility.
